 Millennium software can be downloaded from the FTP server. Contact OSL Support for the FTP login. It is also available from CSDirect.

 Are you printing all the necessary notices?...

              There are six (6) notices that need to be printed:

  • Overdue

  • Hold pick-up only (these are your holds)

  • Item paging slip (these holds are on certain barcodes)

  • Title paging slip (these are holds that patron have requested)

  • Hold Cancellation

  • Bills

Items of Importance:

1. Lost & Paid form - Remember! Do not send change. Conceal all cash. Complete this form and send it along with $ to owning library.

2. Sorting Pull Lists - Sort your paging list so that items are arranged by location and then call number. Here are the settings that work well for Pawtucket. They may work well for you too. Write down your original settings (just in case you want to revert back!). Sorting criteria

3. Delivery codes and their Millennium translations. Pick a style you like. (a) Brief iii List (b) Detailed Full Page List (c) 2 columns bolded
